One of those evenings where the sky lights up
for a few moments, painting everything in magenta and gold.
Thank you, Frances! This is a view that has not been seen in at least a hundred years. There was an apartment building that obstructed this view until a few weeks ago.
Beautiful lighting. It's the golden hour, isn't it, when things light up, just as the Sun's light is about to go out. Like the extra-bright light from an old-fashioned lightbulb, just before the filament breaks and we are plunged in darkness.
Sunset, lofty clouds, a glimpse of Vienna...magical moment. xo
