Grumpy Angel Blues
A Viennese Monday Morning


Life above a Viennese Portal
Grumpiest angel ever, notice his pout.
The Atlantes look not much happier, do they?
The one to the right seems short of a celestial lute.
All three of them look as if they got back
up there barely in time, after a night of debauchery around town

    Merisi,
    Thanks for your AMAZING photographs.
    Visited Vienna twice, cant wait to be back and explore it again and again.
    Had delicious coffee at Havelkas but no buchtys. We were told they only serve them in the evening between 8 and 9 pm. It was amusing, just a year ago I had them there in the morning and I think the gentleman waiter was "sick" of tourists.
    Ha ha.
    Thank you for sharing your love for this beautiful city with us.

      You were one lucky duck to get buchteln in the morning because usually they only serve them late in the evening. They always sell out quickly.

    I don't know about you, but my neck hurts just looking at the position they're in! How would you feel, with a ridged corbel up against the back of your head forever? I'd be grumpy too!
