    You make the picture of the soft-shell crab look like a dessert from Demel's. A waiter once asked me what I
    thought of my soft-shell crab and I said it was the closest thing I could imagine to eating a cockroach!

    I was so sure that was a dessert, with white icing, and a slice of sugared lime... reading the words "tempura crab" made my brain freeze up.
