So beautiful - I love Art Nouveau architecture - the angels sparkle against the blue skies.
ReplyDeleteThe corner which has angels is precious, the rest I guess too.
ReplyDeleteTomás.
What a treat to see such a beautiful building! I lived in Vienna 2 years and never saw this gem. Thanks for
ReplyDeletesharing.
Wonderful shots, especially the top one.
ReplyDeleteI don't know quite how to say this, but there can't be more than a handful of places with Vienna's warmth and good-natured dazzle. It mostly wants us to smile, doesn't it?
ReplyDeleteSo beautiful. I never saw this church and never knew it existed........
ReplyDeleteNice place to visit. I think it is very peaceful there
ReplyDeleteBest looking angels I ever saw. Thanks
ReplyDeleteAh, love those angels!! Wonderful captures for the day, Merisi, as always and lovely way to begin my day!! Have a great week!!
ReplyDeleteGorgeous! Do you just drive around drinking coffee and looking for beautiful things to photograph?
ReplyDeleteWhat else what I do? ;-)
DeleteBeautiful. You have so many amazing places to explore and share via your lens. And I'm grateful for that.
ReplyDeletewondrous, light, graceful...oh thanks for sharing. This is one place I have never managed (yet) to visit in the city...time to check maps again !
ReplyDeleteLove the brightness in the top photo and I also like the winter leafless tree in the snow with the church in the background providing contrast and perspective.
ReplyDeleteThank you all for your kind comments, I love them! :-)
ReplyDeleteLove the details, the buildings, and even more the light!
ReplyDeleteWhat terrific photographs! Especially the one of the angels above the entrance. People often show these flat-on, from the front, and it's an inspiration to show them from the side, so that one can appreciate the beautiful Klimt-like patterns on their costumes and the way their wings catch the light.
