Yes, indeed, it is! And I always feel a sort of dread about visitors who have only a few days to meander in Vienna, when one really needs years to begin to discover all those delightful little places and moments.
I had to drop off something just behind St. Charles church and it was late afternoon and I decided to take walk towards the opera house across the huge square in front of the church, past that beautiful reflecting pool and through the park beyond. it felt like a picture book summer afternoon, the square filled with people enjoying the blissful sunny day.
looks charming After our horrible winter, I am glad to see the warm months back again Enjoy !!

The East Coast really has had a nightmare winter, while we enjoyed a very mild one and had already in March many days that felt like summer.
DeleteLooks like a delightful place to relax!

I let my little girl do that the other day (jump in a public fountain with the other kids). She has SO much fun. FUN pics.
ReplyDeleteThe little blond girl to the right could have been one of my girls, so very sweet!
DeleteThese are such happy photos, Merisi!
