Gorgeous and look at those pretty choppy waves.
ReplyDeleteIcy wind was blowing, chilling me to the bones! ;-)
DeleteSo pretty :-)
ReplyDeleteThe lake does look rather brooding... but it makes it all the more appealing that way.
ReplyDeleteI have a weakness for lakes and seasides in winter.
DeleteThat fog makes the light both moody and serenely luminous - what a majestic atmosphere!
ReplyDeleteLarge bodies of water manage to convey luminosity even on grey mornings, don't they? ;-)
DeleteGuten Morgen,
Ingrid
I have looked at Litzlberg from the other side of the lake, during unforgettable summer days with friends there.
DeleteThat looks like a very nice area. I'd love to see it in summer, I'm not a 'winter person'. That's not too far from my favourite little town St. Gilgen am Wolfgangsee.
ReplyDeleteI was on my way to St. Wolfgang! ;-)
DeleteSehr schöne Erinnerung! Da habe ich mal mit meiner Familie an einer Klimt-Führung mit Bootsfahrt teilgenommen, war sehr interessant!

ReplyDeleteGreate photos..Love to visit Vienna.. next year it is on my plate.
ReplyDeleteThe water looks very choppy. Adds a little drama to your beautiful photos.
ReplyDeleteSo dramatic, like the links too.
ReplyDeleteWinter weather is so dramatic. Love that second photo of the green sea.
