  5. The sky is so incredibly blue. It's so rare we have a sky that blue in winter. Beautiful!!!

    1. Dear Amy,
      I should have said "posted on a January day with the greyest of grey skies" - unfortunately, the Danube gods have carte blanche over Viennese skies, sending up huge black clouds of fog from the river many a morning. The rising sun often loses the battle with that black-clothed army.
