Visiting the Strudlhof Steps
on a golden October day
I could not think
of a better way
to catch my breath than with a cappuccino
- Vienna's best, if you ask me -
at Caffé Milano near the corner of
Strudlhofgasse and Währinger Strasse
Photographed at Caffé Milano

the Strudlhof Steps at Währinger Strasse 46

My kind of place! I love the way the sun is shining through too.
ReplyDeleteIt's a lovely place, indeed! :-)
DeleteOh, yes! My kind of place as well!! Love that sun streaming through! Beautiful captures as always, Merisi!! Hope you have a great new week!!
ReplyDeleteThank you, a wonderful week to you, too! :-)
DeleteFor me, seeing this café, as seen through your eyes, is holy as a church is for other people...including the rays of light, the beautiful colors, the quiet activity of the people...& I'm sure, the taste of the cappucino!
ReplyDeleteI like this, a cattedrale di caffé, and yes, the coffee is superb (this from someone who has had coffee up and down the Italian boot)! ;-)
DeleteI see it, smell it, feel it. I'm with you! With a good novel and a journal to complete the perfect experience...
ReplyDeleteYes, perfect experience each and every time! I am already looking forward to the next time! ;-)
DeleteWhat lovely, contrasting colours this cafe has.
ReplyDeleteYes, those colours are like magic!
DeleteBtw, I shot this pictures with a 50mm lens and in record time. ;)
Love the blue wall and the shadows on it!
ReplyDeleteI love the colors and light in this place.
ReplyDeleteI am sure I would like the coffee and cake(s) too:)
