Caffé Milano in Vienna's Alsergrund
My Little Italy near the Strudlhof Steps

Visiting the Strudlhof Steps
on a golden October day

I could not think
of a better way

to catch my breath than with a cappuccino
- Vienna's best, if you ask me -

at Caffé Milano near the corner of
Strudlhofgasse and Währinger Strasse

Photographed at Caffé Milano
A few hundred feet from the top of
the Strudlhof Steps at Währinger Strasse 46
9th District, Alsergrund

  3. For me, seeing this café, as seen through your eyes, is holy as a church is for other people...including the rays of light, the beautiful colors, the quiet activity of the people...& I'm sure, the taste of the cappucino!

    1. I like this, a cattedrale di caffé, and yes, the coffee is superb (this from someone who has had coffee up and down the Italian boot)! ;-)
