I know, there's no coffee melange on the menu. Melange it was, though, and a good one. ;-)
The "cheese cake" somehow had lost all luster and flavor on the way to my table. It was kindly taken off the bill. The chocolate "Menage á trois" was as good as ever.
Hi Merisi, I was at Beaulieu yesterday morning! Just bought my plane tickets to Paris for the first week of December (Christmas shopping), and needed a little fix on all lovely culinary French things. :)
Well, people are quite cosmopolitan around here, and awfully receptive to anything Italian. There are even items on Orlando's menu that could be found in ambitious American bistros (just saying). ;-)

ReplyDeleteI LOVE Beaulieu, but have only had dinner there. I need to remember that it is also a place to have coffee.

ReplyDeleteSandi
I love the name of this place. And I would love that cup of coffee. We are on our way back to California: good bye to good cups.
