  1. I think the one thing among so many others that I find so captivating about these images and others that you have taken and shared...the colour schems is so wonderful. I adore the shaades of greens used along with the other little bright spots that make their way into the light of each image that you post, always charming! Happy weekend Merisi~

  2. I was surprised to see a photo of a Fig Tree. I didn't realize you have the climate for them in Vienna.

  3. A lot reminds me of the French Quarter here. I guess that's natural given the European vibe of that area of the city.

  4. What a delightful stroll around your Vienna, Merisi!! I agree with Charles, it does remind me of the French Quarter in New Orleans! Beautiful captures for the day! Enjoy your weekend!

  5. Merisi, do you ever try to imagine what Mozart would think if he were able stroll through these beautiful places in mid-summer, and of course, be able to see your posts and our comments.

This is the sort of thing that I do often think of. What would prior generations make of what we humans sense nowadays..

No thunderstorm here today...the vigil continues. xo

  6. Gosh Merisi, I was so spellbound by the summer images, that I even spelled something wrong in my comment correction.

    I meant...able to stroll.

  8. I love the architectural connects with Mozart in Vienna. What a tragedy that he died so young.
