A rainy Day in June in
Gustav Klimt's leafy Neighborhood

What to do on a
rainy afternoon in June?

A camera
is not a magic lamp,

but it can help you
see the bright spots

even on a dark
rainy afternoon in June

when rain had been falling
incessantly

since the evening before -
it should not keep you

from taking a detour
and go look

for magic
in the rain

  1. Beauty in spite of the rain!
So very lovely. I long to come back to see all the things I missed the first time round.
    Horribly hot and sticky here.

  2. Yes, how beautiful your city is even in the rain. And it helps to know that it's not only London having a wet summer :)

  3. That purple framed window in the white wall is pretty interesting.

  4. Your continuing rain softens the greens, and your photos are truly dreamy.

As Elizabeth says, it's hot, humid, sticky...not too dreamy here in NYC.

I deleted it. Sorry for that, but when in doubt, safety comes first.
