Tomorrow in my French class I'm giving a presentation about les carnavals and mardi gras...so, I'm especially loving your photos. It is the homemade disguises & costumes and music that I love, rather than the huge plastic floats that can be found in New Orleans, for instance. Yes, it IS about joie de vivre!! Thank you!
ReplyDeleteGorgeous. I love where you put your watermarks. They never distract me from the image.
ReplyDeleteWhoa, that bat is pretty cool. The other shots definitely looks like some of the costumes you see down here at Mardi Gras.
ReplyDeleteVenice never fails to awe and seduce me.
ReplyDeleteAh, such stuff are dreams made of.
ReplyDeleteA cherished memory from Venice..

Our hotel nowhere to be found..
Some beautifully captured images, Merisi.
ReplyDelete<Rencontrer le petit Chaperon Rouge en se promenant dans les rues: c'est chouette !!!!
