Deletetruth is, I have had practically no spam comments in the almost two years I did away with CAPTCHA on my blog (I got so frustrated with trying to type the right CAPTCHA words on other blogs' comment boxes, I decided to spare my readers the hardship).
This one slipped through, otherwise, Blogger's spam filters are very effective!

Yes, we established many times here, that some of your posts are very sinful, Merisi (the cakes, the coffee, the naked mannequins) ;-).
ReplyDeleteThe last photo made me think of the Nutcracker music and the Sugar Plum Fairy (and by "nutcracker" I mean a device used to crack the shells of walnuts and other nuts and by "fairy" I mean "a magical fairy", not one of the British English meanings of "fairy" - don't want to get the spam comment about taboo subjects) ;-)
May only the right fairies and real nutcrackers be around when we need them! :-)

DeleteMy memories of Roman Christmastime are so different from other cities, I can even smell and hear some cities (I remember Rome: burnt almonds and red candied apples at Piazza Navona, Vienna's the city of roasted chestnuts and hot mulled wine).
That first photo is absolutely dreamy, and I pain to see the empty coffee pot!

Truth is, I make my coffee in an old-fashioned, almost antique Alessi stovetop coffee maker (what's the saying about photos obfuscating the truth?). ;-)
