P.S. Merisi, I know you speak more than one language. I am taking part in a blogger challenge inspiring language learning. The participants were asked to argue "What is the most important benefit of learning another language: Traveling experiences, Career, Love life or Brain power?”. I you wanted to read my answer and, perhaps vote for me, please read my post http://polonicahomeagain.blogspot.com/2012/10/the-benefits-of-learning-languages.html .
Merisi, your American travel journal shows us all what talent you have to find beauty in your surroundings.
I wonder if you might be taking some boiled peanuts (and I do know how good they are) back to the kitchen at Demel's to see what those chefs might concoct. xo
I just love Low Country. Hope you're having a nice trip. Safe safe from the storm which just went over our old home in the Bahamas before heading to the US. Sam
Peanuts covered in honey. Not bad.

Thank you!
I'm glad that honey is pure! Who wants a spoiled honey?
ReplyDeleteGreat shots from your US tour, Merisi! I hope you're having a wonderful visit! Enjoy your weekend!
ReplyDeleteYum, boiled peanuts, a Southern delicacy! My California self thought they sounded rather awful, until I actually tried some.
ReplyDeleteNow I'm very curious about boiled peanuts :)

I hope you tried the boiled peanuts. (I still think they're slimy but obviously others disagree.) And are you keeping track of the storm?
