When on a late Nachsommer afternoon
the light changes and turns limpid,
and the evening's gold grows vaguely perceptible,
the faithful swan waits for her beloved by the shore
As the sun slips beyond
the mountain peaks,
the swan hears a call,
and sets out on her journey home
The joruney goes on,
first into the blue hour,
then beyond the lake
through the mountains,
on to the valley of the River Traun
where, on the right bank of the river,
we indulge in chocolate cake and coffee,
before we say adieu to late summer evening's light

A wonderful Monday to all of you,

Vienna shmienna, we can forget about it for a day if we can feast our eyes on this beautiful blue landscape and drool over chocolate cake ;-).

Remember, it was only yesterday you were walking in Klimt's footsteps! ;-)
