I love this time of year, too!! And this year we are enjoying a particularly lovely autumn!! Thanks for your visit and comment on my blog, Merisi, I had some trouble with Blogger this morning, but I think I have it fixed now????? Have a great week!
Blogger seems to go in some sort of bugger mode regularly. Probably maintenance glitches, good that your region is back on track! So good to hear that you are enjoying such a lovely autumn, Sylvia!
I hope you do find the time for a long walk through any of your parks today! (I was not outside either, but I definitely will go for a long walk today and go help grape picking in a friend's vineyard on the weekend.)
Merisi, I was more fortunate than Carol, and did get outdoors several times today. First downtown NYC for an errand, and much more fun later on, a lengthy stroll in Central Park.
The sky was just as blue as in your Vienna photos; yet our trees are still enjoying mostly green leaves. (Almost typed green sleeves.)
Pumpkins are beginning to appear at the farmers market, but I would prefer to sample that selection of pumpking gnocchi!
Frances, the trees here are also still mostly green, but the tree in the pictures is always a few weeks ahead of its comrades. To many beautiful autumn days in New York City and elsewhere, Merisi
What a gorgeous season in Vienna. It appears to me that she has many! I was in Vienna in late September several years ago and loved the gardens and trees.
Cloud watching. I see a helicopter.
ReplyDeleteChop, chop ... I can almost hear it! ;-)
DeleteIt was so cool and nice when I came out the door this morning. I love this time of year
ReplyDeleteOh yes, I remember the relief one feels when fall chases away summer high temperatures and humidity.

While I miss the crimson reds and much stronger yellows and golden hues of East Coast autumns, I am quite happy with fall here in Vienna.
