Love this and would love to see more of this wonderful place. I love their horses and in fact just viewed and got to do a bit of editing of a friend's photos, just yesterday who recently visited. Love these~
ReplyDeleteMary, I have not seen the Lipizzan stallions in action yet. I am afraid they would not allow cameras. ;-)
DeleteCheck out their blog
DeleteI bet they do allow photos!
Dear Merisi, We enjoyed going to their practice sessions. Thanks for the recent Burgenland posts...a favorite part of this wonderful world. Have a great remainder of the week.
ReplyDeleteI fell in love with Burgenland the first time I visited there, after moving to Vienna. It's seven years now, and if anything, I love it even more.
DeleteLove your photos as usual, you have so many great places to have cafe :-) The building looks fab.
ReplyDeleteIf I would have to visit each and every coffeehouse on my way, I would get anywhere (and if one would get drunk from drinking coffee, I'd be a bum, living under a Danube bridge). ;-)
DeleteThis coffeehouse is located in the St. Michael's Wing, next to the gate with the beautiful verdigris dome, i.e. part of the Imperial Palace (Hofburg - literally Court Castle - as it is called in Vienna).
DeleteMerisi, The photo of the cup and saucer with the water glass looks like a carefully crafted painting. I love it.
ReplyDeleteMerisi, I love your city and your photos make me fall in love with Vienna even more :)
ReplyDeleteI could watch that cup of coffee all day.
ReplyDeleteTranscendent.
ReplyDeleteDelightful !!!
I'm there... dreaming over a cup of coffee ....
THANK YOU !!!
