Merisi, this bluebird house is so charming. I wonder now about its interior's charms....
I would like to imagine the bluebird finding the perfect quiet moment, when no photographers might be in the neighborhood, and then...quickly popping over to sample an apricot!
Oh, I almost forgot to mention that the apricot pizza in the prior post surely looks scrumptious, and that I am curious about you buttermilk squash soup recipe. Is a blender involved?
Our New York summer has now briefly reverted to a more manageable heat level. We can now breathe more easily! xo
Frances, I think the bluebird is not too often in a photographer's eye, it's on a very quiet street. The apricots were very tempting. I used an immersion blender for the buttermilk squash soup (I cooked the onions and squash in the microwave). We are back to cooler nights too. Stay cool, Merisi
What a lovely house! I love the blue trim and the apricots! Such beautiful blue skies as well! Great shots for the day, Merisi! Hope your week is going well!
Wow! I would like to be there too!
ReplyDeleteWhite and blue gets me every time.
ReplyDeleteI know this house! I have photographed it some time ago, the photos are still waiting to "finish" on my blog...
ReplyDeleteIt's on my bicycle route.
DeleteI prefer Klimptian blue to Yves Kleinien blue any day of the week!
ReplyDeleteSoftie! :-)
DeleteHow very beautiful, I would love to live in a house like that.
ReplyDeleteMe too! :-)
DeleteNeat windows. Reminds me of some houses in the Garden district here.
ReplyDeleteIt would not be wrong to call Hietzing a garden district.
