If you walk fast enough, you may just make it to Rome and this year's celebration of the Ides of March:
"Get your togas ready!
Yo, all you Caesar haters! All you ancient Romans!
This is your chance to be rid of the evil Emperor.
Beware, Caesar, of the Ides of March!"

Beautiful pictures, all so diverse....

How generous you are this week, Merisi, with varied images, flowing poetry to capture our imagination and admiration, and all the rest of the joy that we know we will find right here.
ReplyDelete(So strangely warm here today. This cannot last, or perhaps it will.)

Oh, I really love that first picture!
ReplyDeleteThis is Jesh from FB - Love the reflection of the the district!
ReplyDeleteAm disappointed at the museum of Modern Art -I think with so many wonderful buildings in Vienna they could have done a better job.
With the banner reflected in the shop window, it looks like there is a heart above the pair walking by. How romantic.
ReplyDeleteA funny pic with the two folks walking along and what looks like a giant thought/dialogue baloon over the woman's head.
ReplyDeleteOooo I like these!
ReplyDeleteVery abstract in an interesting way!
BRAVO!
Thank you all for your comments,
ReplyDeleteI greatly enjoyed them, I always do! :-)
Jesh,
that dark building does take a good bit of getting used to, especially in that otherwise very open, bright square.
