Lovely photo. The colors just pop! I once had a mountain ash in a former yard and one day about a dozen pheasant sat there in all their glory. Oh how I wish I had been into photography then, it was an amazing sight.
Marilyn, that truly must have been an amazing sight! A large flock of fieldfares once dined on the red berries of an old yew tree in the garden I can look into from our apartment. I loved watching them, but to see pheasants in a mountain ash is quite another treat (I did not even know they'd get up into trees!).
