Vicki, there are always flowers on that windowsill, mostly tulips. So lovely!
Charles, it IS a story! ;-)
Paris Breakfast, see, I told you! :-)
Alas: If I here one more lament about a cup of coffee costing 3 Euros, served in such a lovely environment, I am going to get the duct tape! (I wonder where the lady did her research.)
DOGS are always welcome in Viennese coffeehouses, or restaurants, for that matter. All over Austria, in fact. I once had to step over a large black labrador, sprawled on the floor as if where its home. ;-)
I will put my Weimar post up tomorrow, the first coffeehouse in the BBC film. Maxie's there. ;-)

I love that saucer with the plain white cup. I just looked at my coffee mug that's beside my computer. Its not elegant at all. There is a picture of a guy in a chair watching TV with a remote in his hand. It says:" So many channels...So little time. I think I like going to Paris better, especially from a beautiful coffee cup. (:0) Sue
This reminds me...I have always felt Italian ;) I love to hear the Italian language spoken, I love Italian films, I love the Tuscan region of Italy, the design and feel and yet, I do not like Italian coffee, but just maybe if I ever traveled to Italy, I would like their coffee. Have a lovely week, wherever your imagination, or true life takes you~
Lovely idea ... let's see, where can my coffee take me tomorrow?

ReplyDeleteWhat a very pretty saucer. I hadn't thought of mixing it with just a white cup. Nice idea!
