  1. I love those big sky photos. They perfectly describe the scenes for me.

  2. gorgeous! and if you flattened out the landscape in the first one a bit, it would look like my home state of north dakota ;) !

  3. Beautiful landscapes, and surprising to me the wide open spaces where I would have expected mountains.
(And even more surprising to find when I clicked on your photos to enlarge, links to other places) - you are really full of surprises with this post, Merisi! :)

  7. Merisi, right now New York is enjoying some perfect summer weather, and we have also seen some cloud patterns similar to those in your magnificent landscape photos. Of course, we need to peek between or over the tops of tall buildings to see these puffs!

  10. Svet,
it's a beautiful part of the country, driving from Ried im Innkreis towards Salzkammergut, before Kobernausserwald, going a bit sideways on country road. Worlds to discover!

    Mary Howell Cromer,
    I agree, especially the colors.

    Frances,
so good to hear that you have a spell of great summer weather instead of sweltering heat!

    Charles Gramlich,
    I agree! :-)
