The Sky Today

They are not long,
the days of wine and roses:
Out of a misty dream
Our path emerges for a while,
then closes
Within a dream.

  2. Tut-Tut,
    yes!

    Sara,
it had been such a sad occasion from which I returned that afternoon and looked up at the sky, while walking from the metro station home. Those roses literally arched over the pavement, framing the sky, like a message from heaven.
