When i lived in Paris I takes pastries in "Le Stübli" rue Poncelet 17e, ou "Chocolat Viennois" rue des Dames 17e, ou "la Patisserie Viennoise" de l'Ecole de Medecine in 6e arrt, it was : hummmm miam...
