These gentle messengers of a spring that wants to enter the stage are so welcome.
(I am pretty sure that our local groundhogs did not see their shadow on overcast Feb 2. On the other hand, tomorrow is Feb 5, and I think we're due to have more snow and perhaps some lovely sleet here in New York.)
Your circling pastries will dance in my head and help me not to focus on icy pathways and more shoveling.
