  1. I apologize for the text mess.
Yesterday, I opened a new blog in order to get acquainted with the new editor - in case I change this blog to the new system ("regime" I almost typed!). What I did not realize was (and was not alerted by Blogger) that with that I also altered the workings of this old bloggy of mine. Drats, I say! Loudly.

i will figure it out, one of these days, in the meantime,
please be patient with my ineptitude.

A wonderful day to all of you,
    Merisi

  2. Oh to be sipping champagne in that elegant setting! I have unforgettable memories of Vienna from my one visit many years back, and now planning a weekend trip there this autumn (if we can only coordinate work/school/university breaks!). Good luck with the blog changes, Merisi. I always resort to my resident IT expert in the form of my daughter for these things, but now have lost her to university!

  6. @ Karen,
    *giggles*

I just tried to figure out how to reduce the font size of the last lines. I succeeded. Lost the centering, though. I knew how to do that with the old system, now, clueless.

  8. I have heard about, but never seen my own stats before. Now that I know where to look, it will be not the last time, the reasons people land on my blog are truly interesting! I am at a loss, though, why 7 (!) people were googling for "the viennese are pigs"!
    Any clues, dear readers????

  13. NYC, STyle and a little Cannoli:
I hope to figure out one day how to do that!

    Charles Gramlich,
    it's a bakery after all,
and Viennese like "tongue in cheek" store window displays! ;-)

    Paris Breakfasts,
    it's Viennese, this whole assemble,
at least according to my observations.
