ReplyDeletevivid colors are quite easy to capture if the quality of light is right. I took these images in the afternoon, around 3.30pm: the midday glare - which washes color out - had already given way to a warm golden glow and the sun was low enough to illuminate in the contre-jour objects like the lavender plant and the glasses, while silhouetting others starkly.
