  1. I woke up this morning and was completely out of coffee and I've yet to have a cup. Horror of horrors, there are no cafes here like the ones in Vienna.
    The horse photos are exceptional.

  5. It was the dream of my youth to own a Lipizzaner -- I love that the foals are dark at birth and eventually whiten to the very light grey that looks almost white.

Thanks for the reminder of this old love!

  6. Now that's exactly how I like my coffee...just swirling with cream...and that's exactly how I like my horses...ready to take sugar and ready to give it!

  11. Lovely Merisi, I have enjoyed watching the horses in Vienna as well as on tour...they are just too lovely with the bond they have with their riders.

I can't believe my eyes, the verification word for this comment is 'braten' ???

  12. The last photo really made me smile. It's as if one of the Lipizzaner's leaned over to kiss his stallmate!

  15. Did you create this wunderful melange La Merisi?
    Lipizzaners need cafe too
    And some require schocolate chaud...
