I woke up this morning and was completely out of coffee and I've yet to have a cup. Horror of horrors, there are no cafes here like the ones in Vienna.
ReplyDeleteThe horse photos are exceptional.

I must try a coffee melange one day. PS - love the coffee spoon self portrait!
ReplyDeleteOh this is so charming to mix pics of this delightful café and horses...
ReplyDeletebeautiful as ever...
i was just drooling over your pics at the market. Fabulous light!

It was the dream of my youth to own a Lipizzaner -- I love that the foals are dark at birth and eventually whiten to the very light grey that looks almost white.
ReplyDeleteThanks for the reminder of this old love!
Now that's exactly how I like my coffee...just swirling with cream...and that's exactly how I like my horses...ready to take sugar and ready to give it!
ReplyDeleteSandi
Such dreamy horses . . .
ReplyDeleteI believe that I need to take some refuge in this cafe!
Such a lure to your site, Merisi, Viennese coffee and Lippizan horses.
ReplyDeleteI just adore your photographs. :)
ReplyDeleteI especially like the composition and colour tones of the bottom picture :-)
ReplyDeleteLovely Merisi, I have enjoyed watching the horses in Vienna as well as on tour...they are just too lovely with the bond they have with their riders.
ReplyDeleteI can't believe my eyes, the verification word for this comment is 'braten' ???
The last photo really made me smile. It's as if one of the Lipizzaner's leaned over to kiss his stallmate!
ReplyDeleteNice to find a place that is refuge to many.
ReplyDeleteI love the horse photos.

I've seen the Lipizzan stallions perform and they are magnificent!
ReplyDeleteThanks for dropping by my blog yesterday and leaving a sweet comment.
