Before the Tempest

Reflecting Pool
Upper Belvedere

The Reflective Bridegroom?
"For several virtues
Have I liked several women; never any
With so full soul but some defect in her
Did quarrel with the noblest grace she owed
. . ."
(Shakespeare, The Tempest)

Upper Belvedere Palace
South Façade

Linden Trees
Or are they limetrees?

Towards the Ménagerie Gardens
The silhouette of the golden cupola of the
Russian-Orthodox Cathedral of St. Nicholas
rises defiantly against a pewter thunderstorm sky.

And Here Comes the Bride!

  5. I think that Linden trees are also know as Lime trees but not the ones that make the fruit.

What an enchanting spot for a wedding.
