Pink Dogwood Photographed by Merisi on Tuesday, April 21, 2009, at noon at The Botanical Garden of the University of Vienna Adjacent to Belvedere Gardens Rennweg 14 3rd District
Dear readers, I will leave these images "open" - meaning, you can click and enlarge them.
I have been asked to do that by a fellow reader. I do not do it (anymore) routinely because there are forces out there that think nothing of stealing the images without asking and appropriating them as their own, without credit to the photographer.
I love sharing "my Vienna" with you and it saddens me that the modern-day Pirates of the Web think nothing of stealing images and texts and ideas, thus deminishing the original concept of the web, that of sharing freeling without having to think that others see it as a "free for all".
You are a master at botanical photography, Merisi! I really like the 4th shot. How do you find the light just the right way to make the background so dark?
