Is That in Your Job Description, Maestro?
A heartwarming tale of stormy weather,
delayed flights, an orchestra forced
to conduct in street clothes
and the unplanned bravura debut by conductor David Robertson
as a singer during the St. Louis Symphony's concert
last Friday at Zankel Hall in New York City.

Oh, what I would give to sit in a café in Vienna this morning!
ReplyDeleteA much better coffee in the photo than the one I'm having now while reading this. Though to be fair it is organic coffee from South America from a neighbourhood coffee cafe and store.
