The angel in the last two pictures looks as though he is at his wits end. What a beautiful place for him to rest his weary head and wings. Happy Monday, Merisi....... ~Allie
Don't you just love lilacs? We have 2 bushes and they're starting to do their thing. The back yard bush does its thing first, since it gets the morning sun. I kind of like it though, because by the time it's fading, the other is in full swing.
You've hit high marks on my meter with these pics. I love iron gates with such detail. I love pics looking down a path ahead. And lilacs well you just can never go wrong with their brillant color and great scent. Thanks for lifting our spirits!
Thank you for taking us down the path to drink in the beauty of the lilacs. Lovely. I love the next to last picture of the angel. He looks as if he is about to smell the heady flowers.
Very moving the way you posted these like a little stroll down the lane. Lilacs don't grow here, so I keep a little bottle of pure lilac essence and I wear it when I need my lilac fix! Thank you, Merisi. Catherine
Aren't they beautiful? I'd never really seen lilacs til I moved to Ararat. Isn't it nice to get halfway through your life and discover magical new things?
I am eagerly waiting for the lilacs at WM! Thank you for the lovely preview.
ReplyDeleteThe third picture is breath taking.
