What a beautiful life. Happy Spring!
ReplyDeleteThank you,
ReplyDeleteHappy Spring to you too! :-)
The pictures lead to some "Roman" pieces of music, the last one to a scene, playing in Rome, in and around the tunnel connecting Via Nazionale and Via del Tritone, from the classic black and white Vittorio de Sica movie "Ladri di Biciclette" ("The Bicycle Thieves").
Enjoy! :-)
That Angel has a beer belly!
ReplyDeleteWonderful photos and music, Merisi.
ReplyDeleteAs I have been working on my writing, I will have to catch up your previous posts on my day off writing.
My God! I've been transported. What portals your pictures are today. The Bicycle Thieves is a brilliant addition.
ReplyDeleteLa vita è bella in Rome!
ReplyDeleteI'm inlove with the photos especially the first image...
You know, I think I will always miss Rome, every time I think about it, for as long as I love. Something about the quality of the air and light, the colors, the temperament, the layers of history...It is just a place in which I feel "right".
ReplyDeleteThe still life with the roses is very nice!
ReplyDeleteBeautiful pics once again! My favorite is the angel drinking from the decanter. Cute. Also, I love the color of that bike.
ReplyDeleteOh, I love these images of Roma. How gorgeous--that cherub and wine sign is delightful. Well, matter of fact, it all is!
