Gretel, lucky yes! :-) He or she seems to have a predilection for orange tulips. Even though there's quite a distance from my window to my neighbour's, their bright colour breaches the distance easily. What separates my neighbour's apartment building and mine is a big garden, stretching almost the lenght of a city block.

Oh, what a lovely splash of colour on a winter morning! There are a few winter pansies to be seen in bloom in England.
