  2. Boy I can't keep up with all your lovely posts!

I really enjoyed the breadth of this one - felt like I got a sprinkling of what it looks like to be walking about there.

  4. That dog in the second photo looks just like two of our yellow labs over the years...gave me pause when I saw "Calvin" or "Burt" there! Wonderful set of images, as always. I feel like I've taken a trip to Vienna when I stroll through your beautiful photos, and it's good for the soul.

  5. LOL the salami has a purple ribbon on it. Or is that something else?

  7. Merisi, my favourite is the sweet peas (they are, aren't they, please correct me). In my eyes the colours there blend with those in the other pictures.

Having said that, I would more than happily take a seat in the picture above and order a "shot" of apricot schnapps.

    P.S.

(I have just noticed that the word verification is cherryyo! Maybe it's telling me it should be cherry schnapps! ROTFL!

  15. It's hard to know which one calls for attention because they're all lovely and interesting. I'm particularly fond of the photo with Audrey Hepburn.

  17. Thank you all so very much for your kind comments! :-)

The "salami" in the picture is actually a "chocolate salami", Cathy.;-)

    Carol of Paris Breakfasts,
I used to buy small bouquets of candied violets from a tiny candy shop in Rome (long lost, a Benetton store now), but have never tried one. They seem too precious to eat! :-)

Wandring Star, I think those flowers are actually lillies.

  19. Merisi, you have such a knack for making the reflections an integral part of the photograph. Like the Audrey picture, where the windows across the street are so perfectly aligned with the books in the window. Bravo!
