  18. Those crepuscular rays are absolutely breathtaking! I honestly literally gasped when I saw those pictures. The swan is a beautiful addition to the composition.

  19. These are stunning shots Merisi. Those swans are also beautiful.
    In the 19th century a ship was wrecked off our coast near Jeffreys Bay and a pair of swans were released and made one of the rivers their home. Their off-spring survived there for many years and they were even featured in one of our bird books.
    Unfortunately with all the development in the area they eventually disappeared - probably about 30 years ago. When my wife and I went to look for them one many years ago we were informed they were last seen about 2 years previously. Quite sad
