  4. Living La Vita Dolce........that looks like the place for me! It's the end of the school year and I'd much rather be kicking back in one of those blue things, soaking up the sun than in a school building.

I have taken the one or other picture having my visitors in mind, for the sheer joy of sharing it. Thank you for encouraging me in my endeavors. :-)

    ALLIE:
    How many days to go?
I am always awestruck when I see people relaxing so well in public. Last night I walked by a couple of cafes, and there were people reading newspapers and books outdoors at eleven o'clock at night, and it was not even that warm. On the intersection next to Schwarzenberg Cafe' somebody had deposited a red wine glass. Empty. Must have been in a hurry to get home after reading all those papers all evening long! :-)

Vienna is for walking, if only to get a better glimpse of all the beauty by the wayside.

I photographed these scenes on Mother's Day, the same day I took those Grinzing pictures in an earlier post. The chairs from the Natural History Museum lined my path the same morning, while taking part in a Mother's Day tour, which among other things lead up to the museum's attic and roof terraces. I haven't managed yet to post pictures from the view from the roof top. ;-)

  11. Warning well heeded - I am easily distracted, especially by beauty!

Those chairs by the museum are the best ever!

    Dear Merisi,
What are those lounge chairs made out of Cement? They're modern and nice.
All you photos harmonize in the tones in this post!
    Have a great night!
