You not only find yourself, Merisi, in the most wonderful and beautiful of locations... but then find a way, an angle, a moment, to most perfectly send those places and epiphanies out to the world. Thank you.
I think a nice meal there and then a trip to the opera would be good- followed by a camping trip up nto the mountains in a landcruiser troopcarrier and a spot of boating!
Merisi.....what a charmed life you share with us! My husband's lifelong dream is to attend a concert in Vienna. After looking at your post today, I may add his dream to my "bucket list", too! The soft candle light, the shining silverware, and the sumptuous roses create a magical feeling. If I close my eyes, I can hear music! These photos truly capture a magical moment.
A soiree at the Sacher? A Viennese Opera Ball? OhmyGod Merisi! Did you really go there? More photos please! There is a tantalising photograph of a lady in a backless gown, so pretty. What did you wear? Must have been an amazing night : ) What did you eat? Beautiful photographs and I can only imagine how wonderful it was : ) What a great post!
Oh! Oh! Oh! Sooooooooooo beautiful! Oh my! What more can I say? Achingly beautiful...

ReplyDeleteBeautiful set of pictures, and the previous one of Alles Walzer is as delightful.
ReplyDeleteMerisi, is there a good connection between Saltzberg and Vienna?
