Ilva: :-))) I should have mentioned that this is an Austrian dish. In my family I was (and still am) the only one who loves elderberries, so I had to beg an aunt to cook this elderberry soup, as we called it, for me. Im gratitude, I named my oldest daughter after her (well, almost true).
