    This sounds like one of winter's last desperate rearings of its head in your part of the earth, before relinquishing his icy fangs for good. May it be soon! :-)

    And here nature's resigning herself to let summer slip away and head into autumn. The little Black Susan looked as if was ready to rebel and to climb up to the top of the fence, while the shadows inched closer and closer.

  7. Our weather is full-on, chilly, rainy, Pacific NW autumn... I was hoping to get a few more tomatoes and things before things got seriously cold, but I'm afraid they are drowning and chilling instead...
