Freud would call that one clear pane a window to consciousness, or something. Opaque window glass is so frustrating, nicht dahin und nicht daher.
The center panel was open, hence the clear view, Dina. ;-)
Oh, now I see!
Merisi, I love this picture. It immediately reminded me of the staircase in the little Viennese where I stayed all those years ago. I then remembered the hotels little cage elevator...the first that I'd ever traveled in.Thank you for this lovely spark. xo
Thank you, Frances, for sharing your memories of Vienna!
A rather pretty window, particularly in black and white.
Thank you, William!
Fantastic composition, WOW!
Thank you, Laura!
I like the view out of the window onto the tree. I imagine a court and children playing with a ball.
There is a large, city block long and wide garden outside that window, with birds singing and children playing.
Great monochrome shot.
Thank you!
Very good! A ready made frame for the tree. A fine photo.
I loved the contrast of the stair railing and the tree branches. This is a building built in 1905.
lovely shot through the window...interesting glass too!
Thank you, Marsha!
Oh this is so pretty. I really like the frame work around the clear glass view. Nicely done Merisi.
Thank you, Sue! The light was so beautiful, I had to pull out my phone. ;-)
I love your window image!
Thank you, Valery!
Very nice!
Thank you! :-)
Beautiful capture.
Well seen! There's a sense of mystery.
Thank you, Linda! :-)
