DeleteHi Merisi
ReplyDeleteVienna may not have a coffee board, but they have a coffee school! We were walking in the 9th district one Saturday and found the Vienna School of Coffee. They teach people about making coffee and have many different big espresso machines for people to practice on (students are often from cafes learning how to use the type of machine in the cafe). Anyway, they have open house on Saturdays and, Johanna, one of the owners, is co-author of a very comprehensive book about coffee (German and English versions). We had a very nice conversation with her on our visit and enjoyed a great coffee!
Thank you very much, Andrew,
Deletethat is very interesting information! :-)
I have not forgotten and hope to find one west of Vienna soon!
